Warranty Coverage
We warrant that all our coatings are free from defects when used according to the specified guidelines. In the unlikely event of a failure, Flaked Garage Floors will provide replacement materials up to the original cost. Repairs or replacements are contingent upon an inspection by a certified representative or trained installer, who will determine the cause of the issue.
Warranty Conditions
This warranty applies only to installations that follow local codes and regulations and the manufacturer’s instructions. It is void if materials are used outside their intended purpose or installed on improperly prepared surfaces.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, fire, chemicals, or extreme heat above 250°F.
- Substrate issues such as cracks, sinking, or moisture transmission exceeding 3 pounds.
- Surfaces not prepared in line with our mechanical grinding and neutral pH requirements (e.g., previous coatings, oils, or other impediments left on the concrete).
- Costs beyond material replacement, such as shipping, labor, or additional charges.
Paid Repairs

Important Notes
- Any surface can become slippery, particularly when wet. While non-slip additives can reduce risk, Flaked Garage Floorsis not liable for slip-and-fall accidents.
- Return to Use: Foot traffic can resume after 12 hours, lightweight items after 24 hours, and heavy furniture or vehicles after36-48 hours
- This warranty applies solely to the original location of the installation and cannot be transferred to subsequent owners.
